For restaurants and shops

Every call your store misses, answered.

OSQR picks up when the line is ringing and the crew is busy. It texts the order link, answers the hours, takes the catering order and sends it to you.

$49 a store a month. No setup fee. 300 answering minutes a store. Your store keeps its number.

Live in one afternoon

  1. 1

Get your store its OSQR number

One tap after checkout. Each store gets its own, so the call that rang names the store.

  2. 2

    Answer five questions

Your store and address, hours, where orders go, the number to put callers through to (a cell is fine), and your order link. Two minutes, from your phone.

  3. 3

Forward the calls your crew misses

Your store keeps its number. When nobody picks up, the call rolls to OSQR. We show you the code for your phone company.

How forwarding works on your phone

What you see

Five questions, one per screen. Two minutes from your phone.

One pool of answering minutes, with the minutes and calls for each store

One pool for all your stores. See what each store used, and how many calls the menu took for free.

Straight answers

Do I keep my store number?

Yes. Your published number stays yours. You forward the calls nobody picks up to the store's OSQR number, and you can turn that off any time.

What if a caller wants to talk to a person?

During your hours OSQR puts them through to the number you give it, usually the store phone. After hours it takes the message and sends it to you.

How do the minutes work with several stores?

Each store adds 300 answering minutes to one pool the whole account shares, so a busy store can borrow from a quiet one. Calls the touchtone menu answers by itself use no minutes.

Can OSQR answer every call, so the store phone never rings?

Yes. Forward every call instead of only the missed ones; Setup shows the code for your phone company. Customers still dial your number. Give OSQR a manager's cell or a back line as the number to put callers through to, not the store number itself.

Do I need a landline?

No. Any phone works. When a caller asks for a person, OSQR puts them through to the number you give it: the store line or a manager's cell. Catering orders and messages go to a cell or an email. With no number at all, OSQR takes the caller's name and number and sends it to you.

We do not have a store number yet.

Then the OSQR number is your store number. Put it on your sign, Google and your ordering page.

Do I need a website?

Calls work without one. Texts need one: before the phone companies let your number text customers the order link or a missed-call text, they check for a website that names the company that owns the store. If you do not have one, add ours: $100 a month, built for you, 6-month minimum.

Can I add a store later?

Yes. Press Add a store in your account. It is $49 a month more, the new store gets its own number, and your bill is prorated from that day.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

The Store line has no setup fee and no contract: month to month, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The company website add-on has a 6-month minimum, because we build it up front.

I have a code from you. Where does it go?

Type it on the checkout page, in the promotion code box. It takes effect on your first bill and stays.

The next missed call is an order
