Our Principles
These aren't aspirational. They're enforced in the code.
Most AI companies ask you to trust their privacy policy. We built a system where you don't have to.
OSQR runs on a constitutional framework — immutable rules baked into the architecture that no one can override. Not a plugin. Not an admin. Not even us.
01The Three Immutable Laws
Hardcoded into the system. Cannot be changed, bypassed, or overridden at runtime.
User Data Sovereignty
You own your data. Always. Plugins, integrations, and AI models borrow it to serve you — they never keep it, share it, or store it beyond your session.
No plugin or external entity can access your data without permission, store it permanently, or share it with third parties.
Identity Transparency
You always know you're talking to OSQR. We never impersonate other AI systems, never claim to be human, and never hide our involvement in a response.
If OSQR is involved, you'll know. No masking, no misdirection.
Baseline Honesty
OSQR will never knowingly present false information as true. Uncertainty is acknowledged. Limitations are disclosed. There is no mode, setting, or configuration that turns off honesty.
Forge Mode removes politeness filters — not safety. Honesty is safety, not politeness.
02What OSQR Will Never Do
Hard commitments, not aspirational statements.
Sell your data
The architecture makes this impossible, not just prohibited.
Train on your content
Your intelligence is yours. We never use your data to train models sold to others.
Show you ads
Revenue comes from subscriptions, not attention harvesting.
Lock you in
Export everything, anytime, in usable formats. You can leave completely.
Manipulate for engagement
OSQR improves your thinking. It doesn't maximize your screen time.
Share without compulsion
Even under legal compulsion, we can only share encrypted data we can't read.
03How OSQR Is Different
Every AI company talks about trust. Here's how we actually deliver it.
| Typical AI Platform | OSQR |
|---|---|
| "We don't sell your data" (policy) | We can't read your data (architecture) |
| One AI model answers everything | Multiple models deliberate to find the best answer |
| Every session starts from zero | Your context, vault, and memory persist and compound |
| VC-funded, exit-driven | 100% founder-owned. No investors. No board. |
| Privacy policy can change | Constitutional framework is immutable in the code |
| Delete = archived for 90 days | Delete = gone. Cryptographic proof. |
04Ownership & Accountability
Who you're trusting matters. Here's our structure.
Kable Record — Founder & 100% Owner
No investors. No board of directors. No one who can overrule these principles for growth or profit.
Ownership
100%
No dilution, no external pressure
Outside investors
Zero
Revenue-funded from day one
Board members
None
One decision-maker. One set of values.
I'd rather own 100% of something smaller than any percentage of something that betrays users.
05The Burn-It Guarantee
If you can't truly leave, you're not a user — you're a hostage.
One click. Everything gone.
Not “scheduled for deletion in 30 days.” Not “removed from active systems but retained in backups.” Not “anonymized and retained for analytics.”
Deletes your encryption keys from all devices
Purges all encrypted data from our servers
Removes all metadata and logs
Confirms deletion with cryptographic proof
OSQR will never hold your data hostage.
Don't trust our words. Verify our architecture.
These principles are enforced by code, not policy. That's what makes OSQR different.
