OSQR builds AI that does a specific job for a specific person — answering the website of a business that closes at six, answering the texts it gets at nine, turning a walk-through into a quote, or working through maths with a kid. It is built and run by one person, and that is on purpose.

All five read from documents you control — your price sheet, your services, your policies. That is why the chat on your website and the number on your truck can answer the same question the same way, and why updating a price is one job rather than four.
It also sets the limit honestly: these assistants are only as good as what you give them. They are not searching the internet for an answer about your business. They are reading yours.
How we do business
You can buy one thing.
If the website chat is the only thing you need, buy the website chat — no subscription, nothing bundled in to inflate the invoice. Each product stands on its own and is priced on its own.
The price is on the website.
Every price is published, and it is generated from the same configuration that charges your card — so what you read is what you pay. No quote form standing between you and a number.
It says when it does not know.
The assistants answer from documents you give them. When something is not in there, the honest answer is that it is not in there — and that is what they are built to say, rather than inventing a plausible one.

Use anything we make for a month. If it has not changed anything, ask for the money back — every dollar, no questions. Marketplace plugins are the one exception: those come with a free trial instead, and their terms sit right on the listing.

Private to your account, encrypted at rest. No ads, ever.
We would rather be precise than reassuring. Your documents are encrypted and they are not sold. What we will not tell you is that the system is built so that nobody here could ever look — that is a promise a lot of software makes and very little software keeps. The exact shape of it is written down rather than summarised into something comfortable.
Who builds it
One person, in Arizona. That is a real constraint and worth knowing before you buy: there is no overnight support desk and no account management team. It also means there is nobody to escalate past, and the person who answers the phone is the person who wrote the software.
