Your website cannot search across your own builders.
A multi-brand lot lists Clayton under one page, Champion under another and Cavco under a third. A buyer who wants three bedrooms under 1,600 square feet has to open every brand and read. Most of them do not.
The catalogue is the problem, not the traffic
Manufactured housing sites are built the way the manufacturers supply them — plans grouped by brand, because that is how the brochures arrive. That is fine for a brochure and useless for a buyer, who does not care who built the home and cares enormously about bedrooms, square footage, and what it costs to put on their land. Nothing on the site searches across builders, so the question a buyer actually has cannot be typed anywhere.
The calls you’re missing right now
Real questions, unanswered until somebody gets to a keyboard.
- “Do you have anything with three bedrooms under 1,600 square feet?”
- “What is the difference between the Clayton and the Champion in that price range?”
- “Does that plan have a mudroom, and can it be moved?”
- “What are the floor joists on that one — and the insulation R-value?”
- “Can it go in my county, or is that a wind-zone problem?”
- “What does it cost once it is actually on my land?”
Where to start, and what to add
In order. Most manufactured housing dealers buy the first one and nothing else for a while — that is the intended way to do it, not a smaller version of it.

Website Chat$249/mo · No OSQR plan requiredThis is the one that matters for a dealer. It reads every floor plan you publish — across all your manufacturers at once — so a buyer can ask in plain English and get an answer instead of clicking through six brand pages.

Business Text Line$249/mo · No OSQR plan requiredBuyers text a lot number from the road on a Saturday. This answers those, from the same catalogue, without anyone driving back to the office.
What we can show you
Five working demos already exist, built from real dealer catalogues — the largest reads 328 homes, and one reads published construction specs (floor joists, insulation R-values, sidewall heights) for the 37 plans that publish them, saying so plainly when a plan does not. They are behind a password today; ask and we will walk you through one on your own inventory.
Straight answers for manufactured housing dealers
Does it just make up specs when a plan does not publish them?
No, and this is the thing to test it on. It answers from what your manufacturers actually publish. When a plan has no published joist spec or R-value, it says so rather than guessing — which matters, because a wrong spec quoted to a buyer at 9pm becomes your problem at 9am.
We carry six manufacturers. Does it handle that?
That is the whole point of it. It reads across every line you carry at once, so "three bedrooms under 1,600 square feet" returns homes from all of them. Your own site almost certainly cannot do this, because the plans sit under separate brand pages.
Can it quote a delivered price?
Only if you publish delivered pricing. Most dealers do not, because the number depends on the land, the county and the setup — so it will answer what the home costs and hand the site-specific part to you rather than inventing a figure that turns into an argument later.
What about wind zones and county rules?
It can be given your state’s rules alongside your catalogue, and one of the live demos answers Florida wind-zone and installer-licensing questions from published sources. Where the rules could not be verified for a state, that demo deliberately stays procedural — how the rules work, not invented statute numbers.
How long before it is answering on our site?
The work is reading your catalogue, not building anything. If your floor plans are published on your site, that is the input. Ask for a demo built on your own inventory and you will see what it knows before you decide.
