Jobber

Leads OSQR takes, filed in Jobber.

OSQR answers the customer at 9 pm. The name, the number and what they asked for land in Jobber as a client and a request, so the morning starts with the job already on the board.

Press it, tell us where to reach you, and we set the connection up with you, usually within a day. Nothing else to buy or sign up for.

How it connects, plainly

  • You press Connect Jobber and we set it up with you, usually within a day. There is no third tool to sign up for and no second subscription. Your Jobber and your OSQR are the whole of it.
  • One direction. OSQR sends the lead into Jobber; nothing is read back out of Jobber. Your Jobber account is touched only in the way you agreed to when we connect it.
  • What crosses over: the contact's name, phone and email; a summary of the conversation, the last thing the customer said, and a link back to the thread in OSQR; for a booking, the start, the end and the time zone.
  • Where it lives in OSQR today: the Website Chat door, under Setup, then Where leads go. That is also where your own system can take the same feed as signed JSON, if you have one.
  • If something in Jobber changes and the connection stops, you still get every lead the way you do now: in the app, and as a text to your phone.
What it does

Everything OSQR can do with Jobber.

A client for every new lead

When a visitor leaves a name and a way to reach them, OSQR records the lead with the contact's name, phone and email. That becomes a Jobber client.

A request with the conversation on it

The same lead carries a summary of the conversation, the last thing the customer said, and a link back to the thread in OSQR. That becomes a Jobber request, so the office reads the whole story before calling back.

Hot leads marked as hot

When OSQR judges a lead ready to buy, it says so on the lead. The request can be tagged so dispatch sees it first.

Confirmed bookings, with the time

When OSQR books an appointment from your connected calendar, the booking carries the start, the end, the time zone and the title. It becomes a request on the right day.

Nothing fakes a lead

Every delivery OSQR sends is signed with a secret only you and OSQR hold, so nothing can pretend to be a lead from your line or your website.

A test lead before anything real

When we connect it, we send a test lead through while you watch, so you see exactly what a Jobber client and request look like coming from OSQR.

In practice

You ask. It answers.

Plumber (website chat, 9:14 pm)

Water heater is leaking from the bottom. Can someone come tomorrow? I am in Chandler.

In Jobber a moment later: a new client with the name and number the visitor left, and a request with the summary (leaking water heater, Chandler, wants tomorrow) and a link to the thread.

HVAC owner (morning)

What came in overnight?

Nothing to retype. The two leads OSQR took after hours are already clients in Jobber with a request each, and the one it marked hot is tagged so dispatch sees it first.

Office manager

Did the Saturday booking make it into the schedule?

The booking carried the start and end time, so the request sits on Saturday, and the customer got the confirmation text from OSQR the moment it was booked.

Owner with their own system

We do not use Jobber. Can we take the raw feed?

Yes. The same leads go out as signed JSON to any https address you give us, from the same place in Setup. Verify the signature and store what you want.

A button, not a project.

Most "integrations" on this shelf hand you a recipe to build in a third tool, with its own login and its own monthly bill, and the page never tells you. Ours is a button. You press it, we connect it with you, you watch a test lead land, and from then on it runs without you. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.

Getting started

Three steps. No developer required.

01

Press Connect Jobber

Leave your name and how to reach you. That is the whole of your part.

02

We connect it with you

We reach out, usually within a day, connect your Jobber to your OSQR with you on the line, and send a test lead through so you see the client and the request appear.

03

Leads file themselves

From then on every lead OSQR takes lands in Jobber with the conversation attached. You still get the text to your phone, the same as today.

Connect Jobber

Tell us where to reach you and we set it up with you.

Leave your name and the number or email you want us to use. We reach out, connect your Jobber to your OSQR with you on the line, and send a test lead through so you see it land. Usually within a day.

This is the one that matters — it's what I build your demo against.

Goes straight to Kable. No sales sequence, no newsletter — one human reading one email.

Your leads, in Jobber, without retyping a name.

One seat, $249 a month, opens the Website Chat and the Business Line both, and connecting Jobber costs nothing more. 30 days, every dollar back, no questions. Try the Business Line first if you like: 25 free answering minutes, no card to start.
