For paving & asphalt

Hot mix does not wait — and neither do the bids.

Paving runs on plant hours, weather windows and mobilization math. The phone rings hardest exactly when the crew is racing the temperature of a truckload.

Weather windows on both ends of the business

Asphalt is scheduled around plant hours and laid against a cooling clock — nobody steps off a paving train to take a call. But demand runs on its own weather: the first hot stretch brings sealcoat season all at once, a crack-filled winter brings spring repair calls in a burst, and the commercial lot RFPs arrive on their own calendar entirely. The bids that fill next month’s schedule get requested during exactly the days this month’s schedule is unmissable, and mobilization math means every job is won or lost on whether the first conversation set expectations honestly.

The calls you’re missing right now

Real questions, unanswered until somebody gets to a keyboard.

  • What does a new asphalt driveway cost?
  • Is it cheaper to overlay or tear out and repave?
  • What do you charge to sealcoat, and how often should I?
  • Can you patch just the bad section?
  • How long before we can drive on it?
  • Do you do small residential jobs or only lots?

The lot, bid the same day it was walked.

Twelve thousand square feet, two-inch overlay, base repair at the drive entrance, restripe twenty stalls — talked out on the walk and delivered in writing before end of day. In a bid-race trade, same-day is a different sport.

What we can show you

No paving case study lives here yet, and we will not lay a fake one. Check what is real instead: this site’s own live assistant, a working construction company running the products, and a demo priced from your rates before you owe anything.

Straight answers for paving & asphalt contractors

Driveway prices swing with oil prices. How does it stay right?

It quotes only from the numbers you maintain — update your rate once and every future answer moves with it. It also states your quote-validity window, so a number from March never haunts you in July.

Overlay or tear-out — will it decide?

It gives your decision guidance — the condition signs you look for, the honest cost difference — and books the site look where the real call gets made. The judgment stays with the person who has seen a thousand failed overlays.

We mostly do commercial lots. Does homeowner chat matter?

Less than the text line and same-day bidding do, and we will say so. The chat still earns its keep qualifying residential asks against your minimum politely — and catching the property manager who found you at 10pm.

Can it schedule around weather?

It does not run your schedule — it states your policy honestly: paving is weather-dependent, dates confirm day-before, sealcoat needs the temperature window. Customers accept weather delays they were promised in writing.

What happens when it does not know?

It says so and hands the thread to you with the details captured. On six-figure lot bids, “our estimator will call you today” is the only right answer to a question past its knowledge.
